The system has active and inactive machines connected by a remote connection (5) to form a ring, where the machines are installed with software (20). The machines are communicated by a token (4) transmitting the computation state across the ring. The machine analyses the information of the token for knowing executed tasks and adds the calculated information, after termination of the computation. An independent claim is also included for a process for managing computer and computation resources.
