The system has a hollow tube (3) traversing a rectangular recess (2) provided on a lower wall (1) of a solar panel. The wall is sandwiched between a fixed plate (4) and a removable plate (5), where plate (4) is welded to upper part of the tube. The plate (5) has a perforation in its center, where the diameter of the perforation is larger than the diameter of the tube to permit sliding of the plate (5) along the tube. An independent claim is also included for a solar panel.
