PURPOSE: An adapter for repairing an engine, a system and a method for measuring the explosive pressure of an engine cylinder are provided to analyze errors relating to pressure in the engine cylinder by one action. CONSTITUTION: An adapter(200) for repairing an engine includes a body and an ignition generating body. The body delivers pressure of a cylinder to the side of a pressure sensor(100). The ignition generating body generates ignition by discharging electric in the cylinder. The body has a pressure passage allowing the pressure in the cylinder to be delivered to the pressure sensor(100). The body includes a fluid passage forming part, a coupling part, and a sealed case. The fluid passage forming part has at least one fluid passage groove or/and a fluid passage hole forming the pressure passage. The coupling part couples the fluid passage forming part with the cylinder.
