The apparatus has left and right headlights, whose deviation angles increase based on a steering angle increase till the steering angle reaches a preset value (theta 1). The headlights are maintained at deviation angles (alpha R, alpha L, -alpha R, -alpha L ) when the steering angle is equal to or greater than the value. The angles (alpha R, alpha L) of the headlight on a steering direction side are greater than that of the headlight on an opposite side.
