The holder has two magnetic fixation plates (1,2) and support pieces (4,5) integrated with the plates. The plates are fixed on the piece by internal cavities that reserve a passage for a plate mounting zone. A joining unit comprising a crossbeam (6) presents a natural flexibility for conserving freedom of residual movement of the plates in rotation along an axis transversal to length of the holder.
