PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood examination vessel, capable of safely and rapidly performing the examination of blood over the range from the sampling of blood to the completion of the test, without bringing about the risk of infectious diseases and requiring complicated centrifugal separation operation. SOLUTION: This blood testing vessel 1 is equipped with a blood-sampling container, having a first internal space A, a second internal space B and the filter 6 arranged to the boundary between the first and second internal spaces A and B, the stopper 5 attached to an opening 3b of the blood-sampling container so as to hermetically seal the opening 3b and a blood testing reagent strip 4 arranged to the second internal space B. The blood-sampling container is evacuated and the blood guided to the first internal space A is filtered by the filter 6, on the basis of the pressure difference between the first and second internal spaces A and B, while the filtered blood plasma or serum is guided to the second internal space B to be supplied to the reagent strip 4 for the testing of blood.
