PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional air-cooling cooling device for a fan and a heat sink that a device for cooling vehicular electronic equipment with relatively low heat generation can be constituted, but the device is extremely enlarged to cool electronic equipment with high heat generation. SOLUTION: This refrigerant-circulating type air cooling device for cooling the vehicular electronic equipment that is a high-heat generating body comprises a cooling plate, a capacitor and a refrigerant pump which are connected to each other.
