摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress noise of output pressure in a gas passage throttling device for a nozzle flapper valve. SOLUTION: The throttling device 100 built in a body block of a precision pneumatic nozzle flapper valve comprises an upper cover block 110 and a lower case block 120 forming a part of the body block; an O-ring 130; and a throttle part 140 held in the lower case block 120. The throttle part 140 is composed of a clearance forming cover 142, a clearance holding base 144 and an outer ring 146. With these elements, a gas passage is constituted as "a passage 114 of the upper cover block 110 to a through hole 150 to a parallel clearance 152 to an outer aperture part 154 to an inner aperture part 156 to a hole 158 to a passage 124 of the lower case block 120", and gas is throttled in the parallel clearance 152 and formed without turbulence by the flow straightening action.
