PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of employment of a high torque bolt for preventing center displacement, deformation of a cylinder or the like in the case of using a bolt for fixing the cylinder and an upper bearing, prevent the center displacement, and employ the inexpensive bolt in a rotary compressor of a type of fixing the upper bearing in a sealed vessel. SOLUTION: In the rotary compressor to be provided, the center displacement is hardly generated even when force in a direction perpendicular to an axis generated in assembling is applied, it is not necessary to prevent the displacement in the direction perpendicular to the axis by increasing axial force of the fixing bolt 7, the inexpensive fixing bolt 7 can be employed, and the deformation of the cylinder 6 can be prevented from being generated by screwing a sharp-tipped position fixing bolt 9 in the upper bearing 5 and making it bite into a plane of the cylinder 6.
