PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blind controller with a simple constitution capable effectively shielding direct solar beam without any complicated setting operation or the like. SOLUTION: Solar cells 41, 42 are respectively fitted to the upper face and the side face of the downward weight 3 of a blind in this controller. A first angle that the direct light of the solar makes with the horizontal line is obtained from an output value of the solar cells 41, 42 or electric current, by using the first angle, a second angle from the horizontal face of blades 21...2n is obtained and the angle of the blind blade 21...2n is controlled to form the second angle.
