PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a book-type disk storage case, the cost of which is reduced and also the area capable of printing of which is enlarged by using a plastic for a part to store a disk and using a paper sheet for other parts and which can be manufactured simply by an assembling process and in which a plurality of disks can be stored simply. SOLUTION: The book-type disk storage case comprises a cover having a pair of cover parts with a back part between and a disk storage part, wherein the disk storage part is formed by sticking a disk receiving part to store a disk detachably and attachably on the surface of a page part of a base paper part composed of a plurality of the page parts and folding parts continuously and by folding up in a bellow shape and the disk storage part is fixed integrally to the cover by sticking the back face of the both end page part of the base paper sheet and the back face of the cover part.
