PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for hygienically, efficiently and automatically producing high-quality rice-flour dumplings on a skewer. SOLUTION: This method for producing rice-flour dumplings on a skewer comprises placing one after another dumplings on placing positions in dumpling placing parts each set on dumpling placing members which are each conveyed to one direction with a conveying means, and moving a skewer set on a skewering device arranged on a skewering position of the downstream side of the placing position relatively up and down to the dumpling placing part which moves to the skewering position so as to pierce dumplings on the dumpling placing part with the skewer. Furthermore, the method comprises repeatedly skewering dumplings on the dumpling placing part through relatively moving the skewer to the direction crossing the conveyance direction.
