PURPOSE: A fall prevention system using a roller assembly is provided to ventilate with the outside smoothly and to prevent an accidental fall effectively. CONSTITUTION: The fall prevention system using a roller assembly comprises: a roller assembly composed by connecting both ends of many rollers(10) to a connector(40) by a hinge; a guide(30) installed on the roller assembly to guide rollers(10) to move vertically; a working rod(60) installed on both ends of the roller(10) arranged on the edge to make the roller(10) move in the opposite direction to rollers(10) arranged on the other row, so that the connector(40) which couples each roller(10) by a hinge moves to space out rollers(10) and to insert rollers(10) between the spaced rollers(10); a pushing plate(70) supported elastically by a spring(80) and pulled by a working rod(60) to push rollers(10) toward another rollers(10); and a working bundle(20) installed to connect the ends of the working rod(60) and functioning as a knob for moving the working rod(60).
