<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cerebral aging retardant that can expect the depressant effect against the dementia or other disorders accompanying cerebral aging in no anxiety of side effect even when it is taken internally for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: Cocoa and/or cacao mass are added to cerebral age retardant as an active component. In a preferred embodiment, the content of the cocoa and/or cacao mass is ≥ 1 %mass.
