<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form list data on a desired attendance item in an attendance management system. <P>SOLUTION: This attendance management system is connected with an attendance management server recording attendance situation information of an employee via a network, and managing it. The attendance management server has: an attendance data recording means 30 sequentially recording attendance data; and an extraction means 10 extracting the corresponding attendance item from the attendance data recording means 30 with both the extracted attendance item and an extraction range of the attendance item as extraction conditions. The attendance data recording means 30 sequentially records the attendance situation information of the employee as the attendance data. The extraction means 10 sets both the extracted attendance item and the extraction range of the attendance item as the extraction conditions, and retrieves the attendance item satisfying the extraction conditions from the attendance data recording means 30.
