PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing with rotary sensor which can realize a low cost in a simple construction and obtain a detectable function of origin while keeping sealability. SOLUTION: This bearing is equipped with a rolling bearing 1 and a rotary sensor 6. The rolling bearing 1 has a rotation side race 2, a stationary side race 3, rolling element 4 and sealing materials 12, 13 which are attached to the above rotation side race 2 and seal a circular end space between above both races 2 and 3. The rotary sensor 6 has a detected part 7 and a magnetic detecting part 8 and emits one cycle of signal from above magnetic detecting part 8 everyone rotation of the above detected part 7. The sealing material 12 has a shrink ring 12a and it is a piece of magnet in which the detected part 7 is fixed to a part of the shrink ring 12 a in its circumferential direction to be magnetized in its axial direction.
