PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe having a rubber air bag, for relieving fatigue, by stimulating a plantar arch part, by putting in air by a rubber pump, when feeling fatigue when wearing the shoes. SOLUTION: The rubber air bag 4 is arranged in the plantar arch part 2 of a shoe insole surface part 1. A shoe upper body part 15 having a rubber type pump installing part 13 is arranged from above in the shoe upper body part 15 having this rubber type pump installing part 13. An air pipe 6 is arranged toward the upper end from the front side lower end of the plantar arch part 2. An air inlet-outlet port 8 is arranged on the tip of the air pipe 6.
