<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club which is useful for practicing since the golf club enables a beginner to correct a posture at impact by checking a part of a ball hit by a head face, a hitting direction, and a carry or the like when the beginner practices hitting golf balls at a driving range or on a golf course. <P>SOLUTION: A detecting means 5 capable of detecting changes in resistance caused by a shock on hitting the ball 6 at the impact is provided in the proximity of a part K where a shaft is attached to a head 1 on which a transverse line Q1 passing substantially the center O of the sweet spot S of the head face 4 and an axial line Q2 of the shaft 2 intersect.
