MANUFACTURING METHOD, MANUFACTURING APPARATUS, AND FORMING DIE FOR SPACER BODY STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die for a spacer body structure capable of surely forming the spacer structure with high dimensional accuracy, and to provide a manufacturing method for the same and a manufacturing method for the forming die. SOLUTION: A demolding apparatus 70 for forming the spacer of the spacer structure includes a base form 71 with a base material 73 and a protector 74 laminated thereon, and a plurality of auxiliary forms 78 formed on a plurality of loose insertion holes on the base form 71. The auxiliary forms 78 are formed by filling hardening resin into a plurality of the loose insertion holes to harden it under the condition that the model spacers of the spacer structure are stored into the plurality of the loose insertion holes of the base form 71 in a non-contact state.
