PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem; since a linking board for connecting each driving coil is attached to the side of a lens holder, the lens holder is badly balanced in weight and rolling is easy to occur. SOLUTION: The objective lens driving device is provided with a pair of driving coils 8, 9 which are attached to the lens holder 4 to face a pair of magnets 5, 6 counter-placed on both sides holding the lens holder in-between, and the linking base board 18 which is placed on the bottom side opposite to the clamp face of an objective lens 7 of the lens holder 4 and also connecting each driving coil 8, 9, and the respective drivng coils 8, 9 and the linking board 18 are formed in one body. This arrangement facilitates connection of each driving coil 8, 9, and also the center of gravity of the lens holder 4, which is on one side of the mounting face of the objective lens 7 in the state that the linking board 18 is not installed, is brought close to the center.
