PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high accuracy measuring head wherein products are equalized by reducing scattering of individual differential coil parts in a plurality of measuring heads, and the drift of output value of the differential transformer due to temperature characteristic of whole measuring head is reduced. SOLUTION: The differential coil part 16 of the differential transformer 15 detecting the displacement of a contactor is fixed by split clamp fixing to an attaching hole 21A by way of a ring 23 having slitting, fixed by split clamp in a narrow range, and the assembling position of the attaching hole 32A of the ring 23 in an axial direction is set to a position reducing the drift of the output value of the differential transformer 15 due to temperature characteristics of the whole measuring head.
