PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece structure of a high-pressure pressure vessel having the durability to high pressure of a filled gas, and capable of minimizing the leakage of the gas, and saving a space of the mouthpiece structure as a whole. SOLUTION: This mouthpiece structure of the high-pressure vessel T is mounted on a gas taking-out part of the pressure vessel storing a gas under high pressure, and comprises at least a gas sealing mechanism 11 and fastening mechanisms 13, 14 with a pressure vessel mouthpiece part 12. The gas sealing mechanism and the fastening mechanisms with the pressure vessel are mounted in a state of being separated from each other on a concentric circle on a pressure vessel axis as a center, and independent from each other.
