PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle on-board device equipped with an enhanced reliability. SOLUTION: The vehicle on-board device 100 comprises a device body 1 having a main circuit board 5 and a casing 6 to accommodate it, a display device 2 having a display panel 3a and a sub-circuit board 8, and a flat cable 7 to connect the sub-circuit board 8 with the main circuit board 5. An opening 9 is formed in a part of the mounting surface 20 of the casing 6 where the display device 2 is installed, and a sheet-form member 10 having resilience is attached to the opening 9, and a slit is formed in the sheet-form member 10.
