The device (1) is fitted with a supply duct (2) leading rinsing fluid into the colon and a removal duct (3) removing the contaminated substance. The removal duct (3) is joined to the device (1) with an adapter (4) pushed over a cylindrical extension (20) and secured by engaging a pin (23) extending from the extension (20) with a T-shaped slot (24) at the upper edge of the adapter (4). A hose connection piece (25) with a cylindrical extension (27) in the aforementioned design is joined between adapter (4) and removal duct (3). The adapter (4) is equipped with a ventilation valve (32) to be opened in case of an accumulation of gas.
