PURPOSE: A structure for a valve seat fitting apparatus of an engine cylinder head is provided to increase the productivity, and to improve working efficiency by assembling the valve seat with the engine cylinder head continuously and automatically. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder is installed in a line with a valve hole(12) of an engine cylinder head(3) according to the stroke of a cylinder rod, and a nitrogen gas cooling unit(6) is mounted vertically in the end of the cylinder rod. A valve seat is passed through the nitrogen gas cooling unit and placed between four inverse L-shaped levers. The inverse L-shaped lever is combined with a bracket by a hinge, and a spring is connected to the inverse L-shaped lever at the valve seat side and the bracket at the hinge side. Four grooves are arranged circumferentially at 90 angular degrees in the cylinder rod, and the cylinder rod is reciprocated without fitting the end of the inverse L-shaped lever.
