<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an information delivering apparatus which can synchronize video data with additional information by the information reproducer of a reception side even if it is build-up video data or even if it is live video data. <P>SOLUTION: The information delivering apparatus includes a synchronization information multiplexer 3 which multiplexes synchronization information indicating reading timing or displaying timing of the additional information relevant to video data with video data.
