<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a level conversion circuit which can perform the level conversion of the input signal of an arbitrary logical level by reducing the number of processes of the level conversion circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The level conversion circuit drives the gate (9) of an n-channel drive transistor (6) for driving an output node (2) via a capacity element (8) according to an input signal IN. The voltage of the source node (4) of this drive transistor (6) is outputted as an output signal to an output node. Thus, the level conversion of the voltage of the low level of an input signal IN having a higher voltage (VDD and GND) than this source node voltage (-VL) can be performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
