<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accepting the reservation of the explanation service of exhibits, and for providing the reservation information to a portable communication terminal owned by a visitor in an exhibition or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This explanation service reserving method comprises the following steps, that is, a step for making a visitor fill in an entry application form in which a reservation code is recorded with his or her contact code, a step for reading the reservation code by a reservation code reading device, a step for inputting the reservation code recorded in the entry application form and the contact code of the visitor by a reception device, an edition step for summarizing reservation code reading device codes for every reservation code by a reservation information processor, and for converting the reservation code into the contact code of the visitor, an explanation time setting step by the reservation information processor for setting an explanation time for the visitor according to congestion information provided from an exhibition corner and a step for distributing the explanation service information including the explanation time to the contact code of the visitor by an explanation service information distribution server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
