<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card for preventing a malpractice by perceiving that a person without a formal use right performing a collation process. <P>SOLUTION: This IC card is provided at least with a CPU, a first memory and a second memory. The first memory is provided with a first storage area in which a regular personal identification number is registered, a second storage area in which a personal identification number for preventing unauthorized use is registered, a third storage area in which data is stored, and an area for flag in which a flag is set for prohibiting access to the first memory. The second memory stores a program having a collation function collating a personal identification number inputted from the outside with a regular personal identification number stored by the first memory and a personal identification number for preventing unauthorized use and a program having a flag writing function for setting the flag in a flag area when the inputted personal identification number is in agreement with the personal identification number for preventing unauthorized use as the result of the collation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
