<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless card reducing the heating of LSI. <P>SOLUTION: An IC card has a counterbore part 20 for mounting an IC module in a predetermined position on a card body 2. The counterbore part 20 has an annular bottom face 21 that abuts on the back of the IC module, and a recess part 22 for allowing the sealed part of LSI mounted on the back of the IC module to escape. An antenna terminal 31 for electrically connecting an antenna 4 to the connection terminal of the LSI is positioned and sized to be exposed to the bottom face 21 of the counterbore part 20 by 50% or more of the area of the bottom face 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
