<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosensor to determine a substrate quantity with higher accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: This biosensor is equipped with an electrically insulating substrate, a working electrode and a counter electrode formed on the substrate, and a reagent layer including at least oxidoreductase and an electron carrier.
