<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antisense oligonucleotides which are complementary to at least a portion of HCV RNA and specifically hybridizable therewith. <P>SOLUTION: These oligonucleotides can be administered to inhibit the replication of Hepatitis C virus in vivo or in vitro and to treat Hepatitis C virus-associated disease.
