<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily producing a composite multilayer film in which different kinds of layers are alternatively, periodically stacked on the surface of a solid in a short time without using special apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: In the self-organizing production method for the composite multilayer film, a solution containing both of a silicon-based compound having a hydrocarbon chain and a silicon-based compound having a fluorinated hydrocarbon chain is applied onto the surface of a substrate, then the solvent is volatilized away. In the composite multilayer film, a layer containing the silicon-based compound having the hydrocarbon chain and a layer containing the silicon-based compound having the fluorinated hydrocarbon chain are alternatively and periodically stacked. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
