<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a room entrance and leaving management device capable of preventing a person accompanying a person entering and leaving a room from entering and leaving an area in a building requiring security protection simultaneously with the person entering and leaving the room and maintaining high secret information property. <P>SOLUTION: This room entrance and leaving management device is provided with a pair of partition walls 3a, 3b extended in the direction of passing of the person entering and leaving the room to form a passage, an outer door 1 and an inner door 2 provided on an entrance side and an exit side of the passage so as to open and close and regulating entrance into the room and leaving it of the person entering and leaving the room, and a private information inputting device 6 allowing the person entering and leaving the room to input private information. Flat cross sections of the outer door 1 and the inner door 2 have a circular arc shape equivalent to 1/4 of circumference, and the outer door 1 and the inner door 2 move along the circumference centered on the center of the passage (including the inside of partition walls 3a, 3b) to open and close the outer door 1 and the inner door 2. A plurality of human body sensors 4 are opposingly arranged in the direction of advance and the direction of height of the passage on the partition walls 3a, 3b facing the passage.
