<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing device which can cope with diversified organizations for test / manufacturing steps for terminal equipment and can be efficient from the viewpoint of resources and test time with respect to kinds of communication systems of the terminal equipment, measurement (test) items, and the number of items. <P>SOLUTION: A total control means 9 provides a program and a measurement instruction in accordance with respective communication systems of two pieces of terminal equipment adopting the different communication systems to first and second terminal control means 5, 6, makes the two terminals execute the program, and respectively outputs to the respective pieces of terminal equipment a test signal including a signal for controlling them. First and second measurement sections 7, 8 receive response signals responding to the test signals from the first and second terminal control means and carry out the measurement decided by the measurement instruction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
