PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize states of ignition and combustion at a glance even at a distance, and achieve visual effect of heating. SOLUTION: This warm air heating device comprises a warm air heating part 9 composed of a burner 1, a combustion chamber 2 mixing combustion gas from the burner 1 with air taken from the external, a convection fan 4 to feed warm air, a warm air blow port 7 to blow warm air, and a convection filter 8 to take in air for combustion. At a front surface of the combustion chamber 2 of the warm air heating part 9, an illumination unit 13 is installed, provided with a plurality of light emitting elements 10 and a translucent member 12 installed before the light emitting elements 10 to form prescribed space. A selection switch 31 is provided at an operation part of the device to select if control to the warm air heating part 9 is interlocked or not with control to the illumination unit 13.
