PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple treatment method for contaminated soil by which the elution of oil (or oil and heavy metals) in oil and heavy metals-containing contaminated soil can be suppressed. SOLUTION: A biological treatment stage where the decomposition of oil in oil (or oil and heavy metals)-containing contaminated soil is promoted by microorganisms to suppress the elution of the oil in the contaminated soil, and a washing treatment stage where the contaminated soil is slurried and is subjected to washing classification, and the oil (or oil and heavy metals) is concentrated so as to be separated are combined.
