PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately discriminate a mechanism in a discrimination of thinning hair and dehairing due to the mechanism except testosterone. SOLUTION: A manifestation state of cycline T1 in a hair-related cell under the presence and the absence of a specimen, is used for an index, and an influence on the hair due to the specimen is discriminated. The specimen, a hair papilla cell and/or a combined tissue sheath cell coexist on a specimen plate. A vehicle coexists on a control plate.
