PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Web site diagnostic/support device, method, and program for diagnosing a Web page, and for supporting the operation of a Web site in order to make the order of a Web position higher. SOLUTION: This Web site diagnostic/support device is configured to diagnose Web positioning on the basis of a prepared diagnostic reference set according to the contents of one or more prepared diagnostic items preliminarily set in order to improve the Web position of a Web page prepared by using markup language in the retrieval list of a retrieval site.
