PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metallic roof structure which has excellent vibration-damping/soundproof performance, which does not cause a great increase in weight of a roof material, which decreases costs and which can be easily constructed on a job site, a construction method for a metallic roof, and a vibration-damping adhesive which is appropriately used for the metallic roof. SOLUTION: In this metallic roof structure which is composed of a roofing material made of a metal, a vibration-damping adhesive layer and a substrate material, an undersurface of the roofing material and a top surface of the substrate material capable of serving as a restraining layer are bonded together by using the vibration-damping adhesive wherein a loss factor based on a center excitation method is 0.05 or more, so that sounds of falling rain can be reduced.
