PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve earthquake resistance of a wooden house without providing bracings in a simple and inexpensive method in the wooden house. SOLUTION: The reinforcement hardware for the wooden house comprises a trapezoidal body 1, a pair of vertical stringer constraint walls 2 and 3 provided to be raised so as to be mutually spaced on a rear face of the body, and a vertical crosspiece constraint wall 4 provided to be raised on the rear face side of the body on the bottom side of the body. The stringer 5 is fitted between the pair of the stringer constraint walls, the crosspiece 6 is arranged between the lower ends of the pair of the stringer constraint walls 2 and 3 and the crosspiece constraint wall 4, and the crosspiece constraint wall 4 is fixed on the stringer and the crosspiece in the state in which it is contacted on a face corresponding to the crosspiece 6. First through holes 7a-7d are formed in the body, and a bolt 8 for fixing the body on the crosspiece is passed through them. Second through holes 9a, 9b, 10a and 10b are formed in the stringer constraint walls 2 and 3, and bolts 11 for fixing the stringer constraint walls on the stringer are passed through them.
