PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manually rotate a reel from the outside of a storage body. SOLUTION: This slot machine has a main reel 31, a pattern variation display device for juxtaposing a plurality of main reel units 30 including a motor for rotatingly driving the main reel 31, inside a reel case body 109 and a reel case cover 110, and a casing having a base body part and a front mask part; and arranges a pattern of the respective main reels 31, so as to be visible from the front side of the front mask part, by installing the pattern variation display device on the reverse side of the front mask part; and covers the respective main reels 31 with the reel case body 109 and the reel case cover 110 on the reverse side of the front mask part. The reel case cover 110 has an opening part 110a of the size for manually rotating the main reel 31 from the outside, and has a shutter 113 capable of opening-closing the opening part 110a.
