PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and easy to use CO2laser device for dental treatment effective for dental treatment in low price. SOLUTION: In this device laser light with pulse width less than 0.1ms is radiated oscillating from an electric discharge tube 10 of the CO2gas laser resonator through a trigger circuit. A core part of an optical fiber 2 which leads the laser light output by a laser resonator to the object is composed of silver halide multicrystal fiber comprising mixed crystals of AgCl and AgBr, and sighting of the pulsed laser light output from a chip 3 which is superimposed on the visible light by the laser light from the electric discharge tube 10 is facilitated.
