Yarn clamp - in bobbin body through recessed leaf spring

By finger pressure from below, through the hollow body of the bobbin, the profiled end of the spring can be raised to allow the end of the yarn to be wound to be inserted. Release of the finger pressure allows the spring to reassert itself, clamp the yarn against a step and secure it without creating a proud zone which could affect the symmetry of the completed wond yarn package.
