A photosensitive resin composition comprising (A) at least one binder polymer, (B) a photopolymerizable compound having in its molecule at least one polymerizable ethylenic unsaturated group and (C) a photopolymerization initiator, wherein: the component (A) is contained in an amount of 50 pts.wt. or more per 100 pts.wt. of the sum of component (A) and component (B), and at least one binder polymer among the binder polymers of the component (A) has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 90°C or below.
