PURPOSE: A device for preventing injuries of shins in a collision of a vehicle is provided to prevent injuries of drivers by actively shortening the total length of a clutch master cylinder and a push rod and minimizing contact of drivers' bodies with a clutch pedal by pulling the clutch pedal. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing injuries of shins in a collision of a vehicle is composed of a pin(5) installed to the front of the vehicle of a clutch master cylinder(1) to cut off oil in the clutch master cylinder from the outside; powders arranged to the clutch master cylinder to generate driving force for separating the pin from the clutch master cylinder in an explosion; a spark plug for exploding the powders; a collision sensor(11) for sensing collisions of the vehicle; a controller(13) for operating the spark plug to a signal of the collision sensor; and a spring(15) installed to pull a clutch pedal(3) toward the clutch master cylinder.
