MELTING FURNACE FOR HOMOGENIZING SLAG BY MELTING AND INCINERATING LOW QUALITY FUEL AND WASTE WITH INTEGRATED OPERATION

PURPOSE: A melting furnace for homogenizing slag is provided to discharge slag actively by preventing molten slag from being hardened from inverse temperature gradient of the melting furnace, and to increase the productivity by integrally controlling the flow of the multi-burner. CONSTITUTION: A slag homogenization melting furnace(20) is composed of a body(22) for putting waste, a homogenizing furnace(24) formed at the side of the body to slag waste, and a slag tap(26) guiding flow of molten slag into the lower part of the homogenizing furnace. The homogenizing furnace comprises multiple burners(30) installed in the homogenizing furnace and formed in different diameters to vary the combustion amount, a fuel regulating valve(40) connected to the multiple burners to integrally control flow of fuel, and an oxidizing agent regulating valve(50) integrally controlling the oxidizing agent supplied to the multiple burners.
