<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an efficient diagnosis at a distribution destination by appropriately changing the size of an image to be distributed according to conditions of a diagnosis request. <P>SOLUTION: When doctors at remote location cooperatively make the diagnosis on a medical image, an image of an examinee is photographed by using an medical photographing apparatus 11 at a requesting hospital 10. The photographed image is digitized and stored in a form possible to be read out from a requesting terminal 12 used by a requesting doctor. The requesting doctor operates the terminal 12 to input necessary information, conditions, etc. from a request conditions input screen, and performs the diagnosis request to a specific diagnostician 30A after attaching the medical image. The diagnosis request is stored into a management server 20 connected to the terminal 12, the server 20 sets the size of the medical image to be distributed to the diagnostician 30A according to the information transmitted from the terminal 12 and distributes an image for distribution to a diagnostic terminal 31A after creating the image for the distribution changed in size, based on the set size. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
