<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation verification system that can shorten time for product development and product design. <P>SOLUTION: The insulation distance test system has means for acquiring form information on members constituting a device comprising a plurality of members and having potential differences between given parts, assembly information on each member, voltage application information on each member and material information on each member, extracting means for extracting information about insulation distances depending on the potential differences, means for recognizing connection relations of each member according to the member form information and assembly information, means for recognizing voltage systems from the member connection relations, member voltage application information and member material information, means for computing a creeping distance between every two voltage systems, and means for comparing the computed creeping distance and the potential-difference-dependent insulation distance extracted by the extracting means from the potential difference between the two voltage systems. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
