摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source unit constituted so that a light emitting tube can be aligned with a reflector in optimum circumstances, a device for the alignment can be constituted to be compact, and the light emitting tube can be efficiently fixed to the reflector. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing the light source unit where the light emitting tube 11 having a pair of electrodes 12 is attached and fixed on the focus of the reflector 13. The light emitting tube is aligned with the reflector by performing positional adjustment in the directions of X-, Y-axes for adjusting an optical axis and alignment in the direction of a Z-axis for fitting to the maximum illuminance at least once based on a value obtained by measuring light transmitted through a screen by a CCD camera 15 arranged ahead of the screen 14. The light emitting tube is fixed to the reflector when the arithmetic value of the quantity of the transmitted light transmitted through the screen is maximum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
